  • We deliver within Ireland and internationally where stated.

  • Delivery costs and timescales are displayed at checkout.

  • Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once full payment is received.

7. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS (EU CONSUMER RIGHTS)

  • If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

  • To cancel, you must notify us within 14 days and return goods within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Refunds will include standard delivery costs and be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging (unless defective).

  • Exclusions: personalised goods, sealed hygiene items once unsealed, or goods not suitable for return for health protection reasons.
