Returns & Refunds Policy (Clevamama.ie)

1. Right to Cancel / Return (for EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right under EU law to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive(s) the goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must inform us (ClevaMama) of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (for example, email to support@cleverclogs.ie).


2. How to Return

  • Email us at support@cleverclogs.ie to request a Returns Form.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Items used, washed, soiled, or not in original condition cannot be accepted.

  • Proof of postage or tracking may be required.


3. Deadline for Returns

  • For the 14-day cooling-off period, returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.

  • If you fail to return the goods by that time, your right to a refund may lapse (unless otherwise agreed).


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and refund the purchase price (including standard delivery costs if the whole order is cancelled before dispatch).

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned for exchange or refund:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging, if hygiene sealing has been broken.

  • Outlet / discounted / clearance items (unless faulty or damaged).

  • Any personalised or custom-made items.


6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@cleverclogs.ie as soon as possible.

  • We will either arrange a replacement or full refund.


7. Returns & Collection Costs

  • Unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), the cost of returning items is borne by you.

  • Use a trackable shipping method; we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


8. Refund Method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
